Refund Policy
Last updated June 7, 2026
This page explains when charges on Websy are refundable. It restates, in one place, the billing terms from our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms govern.
The short version
All sales are final, with two exceptions: where a refund is required by law, and where we charged you for something we were unable to provision (in which case we refund that charge). You can cancel a subscription anytime and keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Subscriptions (Starter & Pro)
- Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account page. You keep access through the end of the current billing period; we don’t prorate or refund the remainder of a period.
- Renewals. Plans auto-renew. A renewal charge isn’t refundable after it occurs — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error (for example, double-billed), contact us and we’ll make it right.
AI credit boosts
One-time AI credit boosts are non-refundable. Boost credits never expire while your account is active, so unused credits stay available to you.
Domains
Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once the domain has been registered — registrations are paid through to the registrar and can’t be reversed. If a domain purchase fails to register after you were charged, we refund that charge automatically.
Email subscriptions are non-refundable once the mailbox and domain have been provisioned. If provisioning fails after you were charged, we cancel the subscription and refund the charge.
How to request a refund
Email support@websy.ai with the email on your account and the charge in question. We read every message and aim to respond within two business days.
